color inspiration: mint

If there’s one color (and flavor) I’m craving this spring, it’s mint. I’m obsessed with this soft green that I’d wear as a neutral. Pink, navy, khaki and mint – those are colors I’d love to mix!

Essie nail polish, $8
Anthropologie piecrust mug, $8
Paddywax mint mojito candle, $24
Botkier Valentina shoulder bag, $295
J. Crew Scout chinos, $79.50
Cascade 128 superwash yarn, $14.95
Bijoux by Meg earrings, $48
Topshop ballet flats, $25
J. Crew open-stitch cardigan, $98

I definitely plan on investing in some mint this spring. I wish it could be that Botkier bag, but the Scout chinos are high on my list too!

What colors are inspiring you this season?

Just in case you missed it – my second Marie Claire post was published yesterday! I’ve started archiving all my posts under my seen in page, in case you want to find them.

  1. Did you see the mint-y cuteness on Rue La La this morning? Look in “ELLE Editors’ Selections: Spring Trends” sale, then “Florals and Pastels!” (Here’s an invite link if you need it: http://www.ruelala.com/invite/klund24.)

You are making me crave for spring! I love the colors! That color of yarn is yummy (along with the ice cream) are you thinking of another hat?

  3. Oooh, mint! So pretty. I think you definitely should get those chinos. So cute & def your style!
