I had a whirlwind weekend out of town, and I’m just now wrapping my head around being home. One of my purchases was this lace shell – perfect for summer!

I love how soft the lace and pleats are against the edgy sandals. Juxtaposing opposite pieces is one of my favorite ways to play with fashion. Speaking of the sandals – I highly recommend them. Brand new, and they were super comfy – no achy feet at all at the end of the day yesterday.

I love everything about this outfit, lace and pleats included! It’s incredibly classic and chic, but also simple. I almost picked up that same skirt from Target a few months back, but I couldn’t find my size. Too bad, because it’s darling!
Oh no! I’ve heard of some people finding them at Goodwills, if you’re up for it! The lace is a brand new top – I wish I had it in more than one color.
