Also known as Southwest sweaters, aztec sweaters come in a variety of patterns and colors and add the perfect variety to a cozy fall outfit. Dress them up with boots and a belt or down with skinny jeans. I bought the BB Dakota one with my cousin in the middle of June when it was about 85 out – talk about a tease! I can’t wait to incorporate it in an outfit photo soon!

Awe, my mom wore an Aztek cardy when I was a very little girl. : ) I can still see it vividly in my mind. It is one of my earliest motherly associations. Warm and cozy for sure!
