I blame the stores. It’s not my fault that they start putting their spring lines out already (seriously, I got an email from Talbots the second week of December about a SPRING PREVIEW). How can I resist looking at cute suits and dreaming of the beach? Also it was nine degrees this morning. I consider it a miracle I made it to work and put on tights!
This is the year when I add a one-piece to my slightly extensive swimsuit collection. Until now, I’ve always found one-pieces to be a little…dowdy. I associate them with body shame, which I know is not true. Adding some coverage in the right places can actually enhance – and who doesn’t love the 1940s-1950s vintage suit look?

I actually love swimsuits and it’s warm somewhere in the world right now, right (just not in Denver!). And personally, I think one-pieces are having a serious fashion moment. I will definitely be looking to add one to my closet this spring/summer (post-baby body motivation!). I kinda like the classic white option you posted here…gorgeous.

YESSSSS!!! I want a one piece so bad! I’m constantly worried about showing off a little too much in a bikini, but yeah, in my head I’m like “one piece? Just add me to the Golden Girls cast and get it over with.” But these are precious. The white’s my fave for sure!
