my latest stitchfix review

My fourth Stitchfix box came this week, and I was so excited by everything in it! My last box was a little disappointing, but the stylists at Stitchfix read my shipment review and sent me a box with multiple pieces I loved! I only kept one – can you guess which?

Max & Cleo belted dress, $138

A fun chevron print that’s super trendy, I liked the dress in theory – but didn’t like the texture of the material. I wished I could have kept the belt though! Alas, the dress was too expensive.

The color looks more orange in the photo, but it was much more on the peach side in real life. Regardless, I don’t need another loose blouse – I’m trying to invest in more structured pieces since they work better for my body shape.

Very J ruffle tank, $48

Loved the color, but that’s about it. I really don’t like tanks that require me to wear something underneath them – and the button front and see-through back meant I’d have to wear a cami with this one.

Kut from the Kloth blouse via Stitchfix

Kut from the Kloth chambray blouse, $78

I loved this from the moment I saw it. I ripped open the bag and tried it on in my dining room while still eating my lunch. I already came up with five outfits in my head for this blouse – and let’s face it, I’m a sucker for polka dots. But who isn’t?

Jack BB Dakota terry cardigan via Stitchfix

Jack BB Dakota terry cardigan, $70

Loved this piece. I pictured myself wearing it and sitting on the beach watching the surf come in. Alas – I may be a shopper, but I spend money on clothes I can wear to work (aka, most of the time). Also, I rarely go to the beach.

I of course kept the polka dot blouse – and I can’t wait to show you my outfit! If you want to get your own box of goodies, sign up at Stitchfix. There’s nothing like a surprise box of clothes at your doorstep!

  1. I think you made the right pick!! That polka dot top would be my choice, too. I can’t way to see how you style it!!

  3. I love the last two items. Good choice on the polka dot blouse. I would totally have kept it too.

  4. That dress is so pretty, but the polka dot top is a must-have!
