I was up and at Target early at 10:30 Sunday morning to check out the Prabal Gurung line – and I have to admit I was pretty disappointed. One of my beefs with Target’s designer lines is they usually send the majority of the products to stores in bigger cities. It’s understandable from a business perspective, but annoying as hell when you’re a customer in a small town. The display itself was pretty minimal, and they even hid two blouses behind the Prabal Gurung sign, so I almost missed them completely. Plus, Target barely stocked the fabulous shoes, the one part of Prabal’s line I was interested in! Needless to say, I didn’t buy anything, which was just as well, because I found this fabulous purse!
Cobalt blue is a major trend right now, and while I have been lusting over a gorgeous cobalt Kate Spade tote, I love this bag just as much! It’s roomy and comes with a removable shoulder strap – and at $40, it’s a trend steal.
Now if only I had straightened out my blouse!
